Senior Quantity Surveyor

An organised and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, is now needed by the owners of an award-winning and growing Quantity Surveying consultancy.

Based a 15 minute walk from Cambridge Station, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining ambitious and professional Directors and fellow Quantity Surveyors.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be taking the lead on a range of construction projects and supervising the work of the quantity surveyors, assistants and apprentices.

The Company

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who have 35 years experience building projects and developing relationships around the Cambridgeshire area. Over the past 18 months, their team has grown by 75%.

With an extensive background in a myriad of sectors, the Quantity Surveyor will be immediately supporting High End Residential, Social Housing, Commercial and Healthcare.

This is a strong opportunity for an ambitous Quantity Surveyor who wants to make their mark in a growing organisation.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Consultancy would like to see the following;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• An understanding of both Pre & Post contract handling
• Client facing
• PQS experience
• MRICS if possible
• Eagerness to build relationships
• Experience running own projects
• Experience with running small teams
