Project Manager temporary to permanent opportunity
Your new company
This public sector organisation is looking for a Building Surveyor/Project Manager to join the team initially on a contract basis with a view to going permanent.
Your new role
You will be responsible for surveying the estate and collating an initial schedule of condition and lifecycle plan. This will be used to formulate a long term estate strategy to improve the property. You will have input in improving the property services delivery and how it operates as part of the wider business. You will carry out feasibility studies, predominantly for refurbishment works. You will work with the Project and Estates team to understand the processes and get a grasp of the key deliverables.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed a Building Surveying degree and have recent surveying experience as well as capital project delivery. You might have Prince 2 or MRICS. It would be beneficial to have healthcare knowledge but the client is looking for a strong project background. You will be proactive, professional and have excellent rapport building skills. CAD knowledge would be helpful as well.
