PA/Team Assistant

Independent construction and property consultancy


£25-30k plus company benefit package

Amida are looking for a Team Assistant with 6-12 months practical office experience for an independent construction and property consultancy based in their London office. This is a fantastic role for someone who ideally is already working within the property industry in some capacity and who would like to work for a Project and Cost management firm that is going places. This role will be assigned to support the Head of Marketing and Bids individually as well as other directors alongside the wider team of 30. You will get the opportunity to work on bids yourself, tenders, marketing, social media, events planning and general diary management so its an exciting and varied opportunity to take the next step in you career.

PA/Team Assistant Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Advanced Excel and PP)
  • Any experience with InDesign or other adobe package as you will be involved in the production of bids for the team
  • Ideally someone who has 6 -12 month plus experience in a similar property PA Team admin role.
  • Extensive diary and calendar management experience, events organisation ideally for more than 1 person at a time.
  • Client facing, ready to jump into anything and everything, positive can-do attitude
  • To work autonomously and prioritise work independently
  • Pro-active, highly organised- all the normal requirements of a busy team administrator
