Your new company
This consultancy operates across the UK providing Building Surveying services to the public and private sector. They have plans for massive growth over the next 3 years and need motivated individuals to join the team.

Your new role
You will conduct surveys across Yorkshire predominantly, with the occasional travel to the wider Northern area. Surveys include: dilapidations, condition and acquisition. You will also design planned works using different software systems. You will maintain regular contact with clients, manage your workload and ensure deadlines are met. There will also be a project workload, with contractor management and regular site visits. You will work as part of the wider team supporting Graduates and other colleagues with their professional development.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor who has worked on commercial property in the public and private sector. You will be able to design works as well as write up survey reports. You may be an experienced surveyor who hasn't quite sat their APC or needs one last push to tick off your competencies.
