I am currently working with a Dynamic Chartered Surveyors Consultancy who are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team on a perm basis.

They're looking for someone who has experience in the following;
- Major works specifications across all sectors
- Contract administration
- Planned preventative maintenance reports
- Insurance reinstatement valuations
- Party walls
- Residential building surveys
- CDM / Principal Designer
- CIF Funding
It is also company policy that any business that staff bring into Project results in an immediate bonus paid to the value of 10% of the total fee, without run-off, without exception, from assistant surveyor to senior surveyor!!
