You will work for an award winning social housing organisation based in the East Midlands. They have over 20000 homes across the region and are award winning in what they do.

Your new role
You will work as a Commercial Manager, managing their commercial function, with their in house repairs. You will work with the schedule of rates, reports, contract administration, ensuring repairs are carried out to timescales and budget, as well as managing the contractors and trades people.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a qualification in quantity surveying or equivalent, as well as housing experience. You will have experience in managing budgets and contracts and be keen to help drive this part of the business forward.
