Property Project Officer job South Yorkshire

This healthcare organisation has a sizeable estate and a primary focus on patient care and experience. They are looking for a Project Officer who can join the team on an initial contract with a view to becoming a permanent employee.
Your new role
You will be supporting the Project Managers to compile stock condition reports, update systems, plan works, liaise with the maintenance teams and update stakeholders. You will chair meetings, take minutes, coordinate external consultants and manage deadlines. You will work as part of the wider team visiting sites and working with the Senior Leadership team to keep them up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have an understanding of building and construction, ideally having completed a Building Surveying or Project Management degree. You will have excellent IT skills and previous experience coordinating projects. This role will require you to work independently, completing reports for deadlines and use excellent communication skills.
