Your new company
A public sector educational organisation in oxford are looking for an experienced construction capital project manager to join them and help oversee the completion of a new build project until 2022.

Your new role
You will be working alongside colleagues as well as external stakeholders to oversee the delivery of the project ensuring that work is carried out to a high standard, to budget and within the allocated time frame. You will be the main point of contact for consultants, planning, building control etc. You will involved from conception to completion and will be dealing with the design, contract administration, procurement, site supervision and commissioning. Ensuring that the end client is satisfied with the design and that it meets their needs, you will be instrumental in this process.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in procuring main contractors under JCT / NEC contracts, will be very familiar with CDM regs 2015, CAD experience is a benefit. A relevant construction management qualification is desired. You will also need to own your own vehicle and have a valid UK driving license. Education experience is preferred. A DBS check will be carried out so please only apply if you have a clean criminal record.
