Estates Surveyor

This well respected client are looking to appoint a Senior Estates Manager within the Strategic Asset Management Team. The role is based within a multidisciplinary team within the commercial property sector, working to ensure efficient and effective use of the property assets.
 
As Senior Estates Manager, you will support the professional management of the property assets to ensure they are used efficiently and in accordance with the wider strategic asset management plans. You will be responsible for reviewing the use of the properties as well as making recommendations for acquisition and disposals.
 
You will be an experienced estates/property professional with knowledge in all aspects of estate management, including acquisition and disposals. MRICS preferred but not essential.
