Client Side Building Surveyor (Home Based) - Covering the North

Turner Property Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a relatively new Client Side organisation who are thriving with a substantial portfolio (over 7000 residential units alone) and looking to recruit an MRICS Building Surveyor (Home Based) to join their internal team to cover the North of the UK.

Works will scope across mainly a Residential/block management portfolio as well as some Commercial stock in the North, so this role may suit an MRICS Building Surveyor from a Residential background but the Client is open on the type off Surveyor they take on at any level. It is essential you are MRICS qualified to be considered and understand the role requires travel to sites as and when required. The clients main office is in Birmingham - some limited face time will be required for team meetings/social occasions but there is no presentism/expectation to be in an office so the candidate can work from home.

This role will require managing external consultants and ideally limiting their use in the future to grow a team underneath the Building Surveyor to keep most work in-house. Experience of management and great communication skills is essential to be considered for this role.

Remuneration on offer for this role is up to £65,000 + Bonus with some great benefits, experience dependent.
