Turner Property Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a new start up Consultancy that was set up at the beginning of 2021 (by an ex MRICS Building Surveyor from JLL in Manchester) that due to unprecedented growth are looking to recruit a Residential Building Surveyor (AssocRICS or MRICS) to cover the Manchester area ASAP.

This is a real unique and amazing opportunity to join a company who are looking to invest heavily in its staff and reward them financially. They currently have an abundance of work through several key clients that is growing month by month that are primarily Residential focussed due to a rise in clients, especially overseas investors from Asia, however there are also Commercial stock. This will be a varied role working on all types of Residential schemes/values so strong Residential experience is key alongside being extremely client facing.

Remuneration and Bonus will be market leading (20-30%), weighted more towards a lower basic but high bonus scheme incentive which will be made clear from the outset!

The new start up Consultancy can offer clear career progression, up to Director level, with very little red tape plus great work life balance and working from home as and when required!
