Job Details

Macdonald & Company have been instructed by a leading retail specialist advisory firm, based in Central London, who are looking for a Real Estate Graduate, to join their agency team. The company focuses on out-of-town town retail, supermarkets, and leisure sectors, offering Investment, Acquisitions, Disposals and L&T advice. You will have the chance to work alongside Chartered Surveyors and Partners and the team will provide plenty of opportunities to learn, whilst also offering APC support for the right individual. 

The Role:
  • Working predominantly with the Occupational Agency Team across Multi Let Retail Parks and Leisure Assets
  • Marketing of assets
  • Regular reporting to clients
  • Maintaining internal databases 
  • Preparing marketing information
  • Conducting property inspections and finding new sites

Qualifications:
  • Property related degree (ideally RICS Accredited) or post graduate conversion degree in property
  • Ideally up to 3 years' experience in a commercial real estate environment
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Communicative, hardworking and a team player
  • Ideally have experience in Excel and Valuation software
