Senior Quantity Surveyor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a forward thinking construction consultancy in Winchester.

The role

My client is one of the top consultants in Hampshire and provide a number of services which include quantity surveying and project management. They work across the commercial, residential, education, heritage sectors and more, which will give you the opportunity to work with a variety of clients.

You will be joining a hard-working and sociable team, with a strong focus on supporting individuals within the business and with their APC.  

This role would suit someone who has prior experience within a UK property / construction consultancy and has led projects from pre to post contract up to circa £5 million +. You will ideally be chartered with RICS and be confident in a client facing environment. It is also preferred if the individual has expert witness experience / is open to doing this.

The business is looking for this next hire to support the greater team and progress towards a director’s position.
