Quantity Surveyor

An award winning property consultancy is looking to add a Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

The role

My client is a prestigious property consultancy in London, who provide quantity surveying, project management and building surveying services. They work primarily within the high-end residential sector, working closely with renowned developers and high-net-worth individuals.

You’ll be joining a close-knit team who work collaboratively to make the working environment as enjoyable as possible, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism towards their clients. You will receive excellent support and be given all the tools required to further develop your career.

It is essential you have high-end residential experience, and previous experience of leading your own projects from pre to post contract. You will also need to have experience within a UK property / construction consultancy and will ideally be MRICS however this is not essential.
