A professional Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management Practice based in the City of London is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team.

They are a medium sized, long established, dynamic property and construction consultancy offering a wide range of professional services to varied Clients across many market sectors including:

  • historic buildings

  • public access facilities
  • high quality domestic
  • reinstatement cost assessments

With a wide range of projects from modern commercial offices to the restoration of some of the County's most prestigious buildings.

This Senior Project Manager will ideally need to have some experience in the high end residential, historic and educational sectors, but all commercial sector exposure will be considered. Ideally too you will be MRICS/FRICS alongside a background in BS or QS but again this will not restrict applications.

This consultancy promotes a very "hands-on" approach to challenges presented on projects. their success is based on our appreciation of the Clients' objectives and the combination of practical industry knowledge with energy, skill, lateral thinking and the appropriate level of commitment. This Senior Project Manager needs to actually do the work, not just manage.

If this role appeals to you, please send you application to Leanne.george@amida-recruit.com

With kiwi roots, we’re dedicated to offering a service that out-ways our competitors, and that means honesty, accountability, hard work and transparency.

Since then we have been joined by some of the best construction and engineering recruiters from around the world, and developed a few great new ones internally over the last 7 years ourselves. We now have over 50 staff operating from 6 countries and continuing to expand fast.
