Senior Property Surveyor
Grade P01B, £35,052 - £38,250, pro-rata, 22.2 hours per week, permanent role.
We are seeking to appoint a general practice Chartered Surveyor to join our busy estate management service which involves administration, acquisition, disposal, management, letting and valuations of the Council’s corporate property estate.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a sound understanding and broad practical experience in estates management
- Has the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Has membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- Is a RICS Registered Valuer
The post will be 22.2 hours per week and is currently divided over three days but may consider alternative arrangements, subject to service needs and cover.
