Currently looking to recruit a Development Manager able to use initiative and work independently. The successful candidate will be joining an entrepreneurial team with extensive collective experience in real estate investment, development, management and finance.

Description

Strategic management of the development process. Engage with occupational advisers to align development proposals with business plan objectives. Leadership of the Planning submission / approval process. Support the asset management team to assist the leasing process. Assistance with land assembly process. Input into development appraisals to support the investment team. Lead the technical DD process of new acquisitions.

Profile

The successful candidate will be RICS qualified and possess 5+ years' of experience of commercial use development. A track record in the delivery process is required along with a sound knowledge of the planning process.
