This construction and property consultancy is going through a massive period of growth due to client success during the pandemic. They operate in the public sector covering the UK and focus on strengthening client relationships.

Your new role
You will manage healthcare projects including NHS Trust estate strategies, care home new builds and GP refurbishments. You will manage a team of two initially, supporting them with their APC, identifying skills gaps and recruiting. You will work with the team to get the best out of them in terms of commercialism and client management. You will work with the wider team to deliver projects, create business strategies and solve problems.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced project manager who has worked for consultancies, ideally in healthcare. You will have completed a Project Management, Construction Management or Building Surveying degree, potentially with MRICS or MCIOB. You will have the ability to use your initiative, coming up with solutions or sign posts for any challenges that arise. You will have a passion for people management and leadership, including recruitment, 1-2-1's and professional development.
