A successful firm of chartered surveyors have recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an additional Building Surveyor for their busy office. This company, established 30-years ago, pride themselves on being a traditional firm of surveyors and have an excellent reputation in the local area. A lot of their work is from repeat business in the private residential sector, principally working with listed buildings.

The role will predominantly involve pre-purchase surveys (property value up to £1m), project management and commercial surveys. The successful candidate will be making a significant impact to the business where there is also the opportunity for equity.

The ideal candidate will be expected to be MRICS with a least 2-years' PQE from a consultancy or client-side organisation. Having experience in the residential sector is preferred, however the hiring manager is happy to consider candidates from a projects or commercial background.
