Job Details

I am assisting a well-known, award-winning Property Development Institution in their search for a Development Manager in the North West.

You would be joining a developer with a pipeline of projects and a reputation within the market to rival even the most idealistic expectations.

Having already shaped a number of high-profile schemes in the region, they are hoping to find a Development Manager with at least 3 years of experience in a 'cradle to grave' role, to help continue their innovative approach to development.

Rather than bullet point a list of duties and preferred experience, I'd be keen to discuss details with Development professionals that may be open to such an opportunity and hear more about you.

Up to circa £65,000 salary
