Requirements of the Building Surveyor Technical Due Diligence: MRICS qualified Experienced with cladding and facades Strong technical due diligence (TDD) experienceExperience of dealing with commercial properties Role of the Building Surveyor Technical Due Diligence: The key focus of our clients TDD advice and reporting is to identify key risks, the severity and quantification of these risks, along with recommendations for mitigation. Our advice needs to ensure that our clients achieve maximum value from their built assets with a clear understanding of risk.
