Interim Development Surveyor - Council - 6 Months – Yorkshire - £35 per hour

My Local Authority Client based in Yorkshire are currently looking for an Interim Development Surveyor to join the team on a 6 month contract. The role will be remote working with occasional site visits. 

Skills/Requirements/Responsibilities: 

-The Client is looking for a Surveyor who has experience of project work which would include feasibility work, business case writing, life cycle costing and working with multi-disciplinary teams. 

-You will also have good experience in acquisitions and disposals work. 

-The Projects themselves will be focused around Town Centre Regeneration. 

-The client is ideally looking for someone MRICS qualified with local authority experience.

-You may also be required to carry out day to day estate management including rent reviews, lease renewals and asset management.
