Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor

An award winning property and construction consultancy is looking to strengthen their cost management team with the addition of a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor.

My client is a forward-thinking consultancy who offer a variety of consultancy services including quantity surveying, building surveying and project management. Each discipline has built a reputable team and work with some high calibre clients, including, developers, landed estates, and high-net-worth individuals.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior chartered quantity surveyor to join a busy and collaborative team where you will be working on a number of healthcare projects valued up to £100+ million. You will be responsible for managing clients with minimal supervision and helping to deliver key projects across the pipeline.

You must have experience within the healthcare sector and prior experience within a property and/or construction consultancy. It’s important that you have a thorough understanding of the project lifecycle and are comfortable in a client facing position.

This role would suit someone who is looking to progress into a senior management role and who wants to have a real impact on the way the QS team is developed.
