This building surveying and project management practice are based near Holborn and have been established for over 8 years. Clients they work with include but are not limited to pension funds, investors, retailers, private residential home owners and warehouses.
Their presence within the London market has grown significantly and they have enjoyed solid financial performance, exceeding profit levels year on year. They are now looking to secure a chartered building surveyor who will play an integral part in the development and growth of the business, who wants quality instructions, and flexibility in their working arrangements.
The role will be project bias and will see the successful chartered building surveyor working closely with the lead on a range of instructions valued up to £10m. Some of your day to day duties may include TDD, dilapidations, design & specification, as well as PPM.

To be considered for this role you must have proven experience in developing and retaining business with the ability to take projects from inception through to completion. You will have commercial experience, are MRICS, and are confident within a client facing situations. It is important that have management experience as the business intends on building the team over the coming months.
In return, you will be given a solid basic up to £65,000 pension, healthcare and a rewarding bonus with typical payments of 20%. The firm is flexible in terms of working arrangements, which you will have the ability to work from home as you need and utilise the offices for your days in town.
