Employing circa 20 strong they hold an exciting and very loyal client base with contacts ranging from funds through to investors, private equity firms, high net worth individuals and occupiers, offering top-tier advice on significant projects and portfolios.
They work to exceptionally high standards and are continuously raising the bar within property and construction.

The work will be project focused and will pull across on areas of professional services as of when needed. The businesses aspirations are to continue working with the best and continue developing their portfolio of private clients, so it is important that you are engaging, personable and confident.
You will have RICS Accredited degree and are keen to develop your skills and understanding within the private sector. Exposure to areas of contract administration/project management would be ideal though not essential. What is most important is your drive and passion for the industry and your determination to learn more.
