Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to join a multi-discipline practice in Leicester.

My client is an award-winning consultancy who has over eight offices across the UK. The organisation provides accurate construction advice across the built environment. They undertake exclusive schemes across the commercial, residential, retail and education sectors.

The building consultancy department plays an integral role in the firm’s success, the team consists of over 20 skilled professionals. Due to an increase in workload an opportunity has presented itself for a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to join the division. The team is currently managing programmes from inception to completion in Leicester and the surrounding home counties.

This is a traditional building surveying role which encompasses both professional and project disciplines. You will assist a Senior Building Surveyor who is also an experienced APC councilor. The practice offers full support to ensure you successfully achieve full Chartership status. Progression doesn’t stop there, development programmes are available to encourage personal and career growth.

About the Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor:

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• Minimum 18 months private practice experience
• Ideally started APC
• Career driven
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver’s licence
