Senior Project Manager
London
Experienced in delivering façade replacement and, or fire safety systems remediation projects
Are you looking for a new challenge, more sector exposure and a non-corporate professional & social environment? Our client is a friendly, private construction consultancy looking to expand their team in London.
The successful candidate will provide day to day project management duties for two central London based clients on large façade replacement and fire safety systems remediation projects. Travel to the London office and for project and client meetings will be required regularly once Covid restrictions are lifted.
Are you the right Candidate?
Essential
- Experience in a client facing role providing project management services
- Experience delivering façade replacement and, or fire safety systems remediation projects
- A track record of delivering projects during all lifecycle phases using best practice project management standards
Desired
- Charted status, MRICS or ChPP
- Provide effective support to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
- Experience administering the JCT suite of contracts either as the EA or CA
- Experience working with public sector clients and, or Universities
- Experience with extensive pre-contract stakeholder management
