A Quantity Surveyor is required by a leading multi-disciplinary consultant to carry out cost analysis of contractor and developer submissions within the public sector housing market.
You will work on a number of schemes up to a total value of £100m and be comfortable supporting the recommendations you make based on your financial analysis of the submissions made.
