Carriera is recruiting a project manager for a rapidly growing construction consultancy to help them deliver the rail and infrastructure on a new build industrial & logistics complex.

About the role

As a project manager, you will be initially tasked with delivering a mammoth enabling works package (circa £100m) from RIBA stage 2, all services including gas, electric and water leading to various points of the industrial park and eventually a new rail depot and road network which will help the transport of goods.

About you

You will be degree educated in either cost or Project Management or construction management but must be from a construction consultancy as this role will see you exposed to a lot of pre-construction duties. Rail and/or infrastructure experience is vital.
