We are excited to be working with a leading provider within agency, professional and consultancy working across the UK.
About Our Client
The business works across a wide range of services from rural, commercial and residential property, agricultural and environmental. They offer a dynamic working environment within a well organised structure within the commercial sector.
About the Job
In this role you will be working closely to support the fast-growing team based in Oxfordshire. The role will involve mainly advising clients and supporting the agency department.
The role will include arranging and accompanying viewings, negotiations and supporting deals through to completion as well as appraising and producing marketing advice to clients.
The role will include working on one of our clients fastest growing power clients to deliver exciting projects from feasibility through to project completion, compensation negotiation, working with a growing team on project deliverables covering land acquisitions, valuations, strategy, compulsory purchase and development consent orders and managing land aspects during construction.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with at least two years experience within the commercial industry as well as agency and disposal experience. The candidate will be organised, results-driven, with attention to detail and keen to solve challenges with good commercial awareness along with great verbal and written communication skills. We will be looking for a confident and professional individual who is keen to develop and progress their career.
