Senior Quantity Surveyor

Do you want to join an international cost consultancy in its growing London office, to work on commercial, residential, hospitality and mixed-use schemes?

This consultancy is expanding its London office and currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on a client-facing role with leading clients in these sectors. The SQS will work on a number of major new build and fit-out projects up to £80m in value.

Reporting into an experienced Associate Director, the SQS will also assist in managing junior team members. The team office has been growing at an impressive rate over the last 3 years, with a modern new office near Holborn and major investment into the latest systems and people development.

The SQS will represent the company brand and assist in new business development. They must be able to demonstrate an ability to optimise development costs, implement value engineering and ensure value for money whilst delivering work of the highest quality.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 5+ years’ cost consultancy experience working on major commercial & residential projects in a client facing role.
