Operating across a South East patch, your role will see you take on portfolio management responsibilities for industrial, office, retail and leisure properties in an all-encompassing role; dealing with management of rents, advising on value enhancement opportunities, dealing with tenants, contractors, maintenance, health and safety, insurance disputes and budgeting amongst other duties. You will be working as part of a small team and will be given the autonomy and flexibility to work remotely where appropriate.

we are looking for a hands on portfolio manager that lives and breathes property. The successful applicant will need to have experience in either facilities management or property management surveying across a commercial portfolio. Service charge budgeting experience is essential and exposure to Industrial properties is highly desirable.
