We are recruiting on behalf of an award winning supplier of residential valuation services across London and South East of England.

My client is an award winning SME who are ranked in the Top 10 Best of Britain Winners List; panel managing and undertaking valuations for the majority of UK mortgage lenders, Social Housing Providers and private individuals.

Role

Your role will see you take ownership of a patch in Harrow or West / South West London depending on your residence, covering Mortgage Valuations, Homebuyers Reports for lenders as well as private valuation work.
 

About You

The successful applicant will need to have experience with homebuyer reports. That said, we will consider registered valuers with recent red book residential valuation experience, looking to be trained for a homebased role. We will also consider SAVA trained applicants.
