Join this growing practice as a senior Chartered Surveyor and take on a ready workload, whilst being part of its continued growth in the residential sectors across London and the South East.  

Company with offices in Wimbledon and Surrey, this a Chartered Surveying practice has become very well established. and has a fine reputation for high quality work and a wide and varied workload. 

We currently operate in the residential sector and are keen to develop both business lines, whilst growing business opportunities.

Personal specification – Chartered Surveyor MRICS/FRICS registered Valuer.

You will ideally have 5-10 years post qualification experience (all levels of post qualification experience will be considered).  

Experience will be residential.

Self-starter, proactive and with ability to cultivate contacts and capable of working with an established team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to both Directors, but also working closely with the practices established, experienced professionals, your roles and responsibilities would cover the following areas:

• Residential valuations
• Homebuyer reports
• Building Surveys
• Defect Diagnosis
• Structural Defect Reports
• Expert Witness

Involving new lines of business and enhancing existing business lines, working between Wimbledon and Surrey Hills based offices

Salary Package – begins at £55,000 + Bonuses, plus 25 days per annum holiday.
