My Local Authority Client based in the Suffolk are currently looking for an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join the team on a 12 month contract. The role will initially be homeworking with a view to returning to the office as COVID-19 restrictions are reduced.
Skills/Requirements/Responsibilities
-The client is ideally looking for someone MRICS qualified with considerable local authority experience.
-Responsibilities include: Day to day estate management, rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals. Valuations advice to the council will also be required.
-The role is homeworking but will require occasional site visits.
-The role will be reporting into the Head of Property.
