My local authority client based in Nottinghamshire are looking to bring in an interim regeneration manager for an initial 12-month period. The likelihood is that this contract will be extended further.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience leading on local authority regeneration projects of £10 million + in size, with it being beneficial if these projects consisted of town centre work involving leisure and education buildings.
- Have experience of delivering Town Centre Development Projects for Local Authority Clients.
- A professional background in either project management/surveying/planning with relevant qualifications from those (RICS/RITP/Prince2)
