Job Details
A leading Property firm, practising across all property sectors from Retail, Offices, Industrial, and Residential Land, to Rural and Agricultural Property and Traditional Landed Estates are seeking a Chartered Surveyor with up to two years' post-qualification experience to join the Land Agency team.
This role an interesting and diverse variety of work on behalf of privately owned estates, institutional bodies and public sector clients covering management, agency, valuations, landlord and tenant, compulsory purchase and compensation claims, and planning and development.
Working as part of a team, the role of the surveyor initially will be to deal with Estate Management as well as institutional and private client professional work.
The firm provides subscriptions and guidance towards the CAAV exams if required.
This role includes a car allowance.
