A well established consultancy requires an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their London office team. Within the building consultancy team, projects are in a variety of sectors, primarily in Residential. There are also projects in Commercial, Healthcare and Education.
Career development is a prominent feature here, there are Directors within the company that started at Graduate level within this practice. Whilst working at this company throughout your APC you will move through various areas and competencies to enable you to become chartered. They have an excellent APC pass rate and have done for many years.
The company looking for Assistant Building Surveyors that have already commenced their Building Surveying journey to complement their already experienced team.
To be eligible for this role you must have an RICS accredited degree and already have some experience working as a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor. You must be self-motivated with a good knowledge of Building Surveying activities. In addition to this you will need excellent attention to detail, excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and within a team. This role would suit a person that may not be currently getting the support in their APC, and are looking for a larger more stable company with the expertise to develop you, and qualify as a chartered surveyor.
