Chartered Building / Residential Surveyor

We are a small independent firm of Chartered Surveyors is looking for a Chartered Building/Residential Surveyor to undertake Level Three Building Surveys and Level Two reports on residential properties.

The successful applicant will be competent to undertake surveys of more complex period properties including Grade II Listed in both urban and rural environments. The company operates in the cities of Bristol and Bath and also the rural areas around particularly to the south to include Wells, Glastonbury and beyond.

We are looking for an ambitious Chartered Building/Residential Surveyor who will be home based and is not only competent in undertaking surveys though also enjoys developing the business further through contact with estate agents and solicitors etc.

The starting salary will be in the region of £50,000 though this will depend on age and experience and can be either a fixed salary or if preferred, salary plus commission. A car or car allowance will also be provided

We are also prepared to consider consultants on a fee sharing basis.
