Job Details

A national Cost Consultancy are rapidly hiring for their Quantity Surveying teams in London and are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with social housing experience.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role.

Based South of the River, the Partner of one of the Quantity Surveying teams has recently secured several, long term projects within the social housing sector and therefore requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can come in and hit the ground running.

Not only working within the social housing sector, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall also work on towers, historic palaces, later living, and other residential projects.

The role will also carry some Employers Agent/ Project Management elements to it, as well as a clear route to Associate Director and beyond.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Degree qualified
  • Preferably MRICS
  • Social housing / local authority project experience
  • A successful track record of delivering projects
  • Pre and post contract competent
