An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planner/Senior Town Planner to join a renowned multi-disciplinary practice in their Mayfair office. The successful applicant will part of the in-house planning team and will assist in providing expert advice to their diverse client-base.

Despite the ongoing COVID pandemic, the firm have experienced significant success and are therefore looking to expand the Planning team to assist with their busy workload. The successful applicant will work on a wide variety of schemes, including commercial, retail, employment, mixed-use, residential, leisure and education. The company have a wide range of clients (both throughout the UK and internationally) and have been featured in the Sunday Times "100 Best Companies to Work For". They are also a silver standard accredited 'Investor in People' company, emphasising their focus in providing a great work environment for employees.

You will be MRTPI qualified and operating around the Planner or Senior Planner level, with some current or recent commercial consultancy experience. You should have a good grounding in application led work and enjoy a client facing role. Your role will include feasibility and appraisal work, preparing and submitting planning applications, providing bespoke advice to the firm's client base, maintaining existing and enhancing client relationships, cross-selling other departments, coordinating other professional input to projects where needed and building upon your project management experience. You should have strong report writing, communication and presentation skills, be client facing and enjoy networking situations.

The successful candidates will be rewarded with a very competitive remuneration package.
