My client is looking for an experienced senior quantity surveyor to work on a range of local authority / government projects across the UK.

Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

MRICS qualifiedPrevious education, commercial, residential and public sector experience would be beneficial Experienced in delivering on complex programmes / projectsExperience of delivering MMC and sustainability solutions as part of capital projectsStrong client facing skills

On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

A starting salary of between £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience, car allowance, 25 days annual leave, BUPA Healthcare, Pension 8% matched, Life Assurance (4x salary), Professional Subscriptions Paid, Remote / Flexible Working, Discretionary Bonus Scheme
