Carriera is recruiting for one of the London's most prominent property consultancy whose service offering covers project and cost management, building surveying, asset management and valuations.

About the role

Although the business is large the team you will be working in is comprised of 3 Directors, 2 Senior Surveyors and an Apprentice on the project management side, 2 Associate Directors and a Senior Surveyor on the quantity surveying side.

As a project manager, you will be working on a variety of projects that range from building new film studios to fitting out laboratory space and new build offices. You will either lead smaller projects or be part of the wider team on large scale schemes.

About you

You will be degree educated in either Building Surveying or Project Management, and be a member of RICS. It is ideal for you to have experience within the aforementioned sectors or at real estate experience.
