- Oversee the Strategic Management of the Property & Estates team, delivering standards of excellence across the board.
- Previous experience in the identification and implementation of energy efficiency or renewable energy related projects as part of the portfolio is beneficial.
- Setting out and delivering Facilities and Maintenance KPI's and ensuring the team and supply chain adherence to agreed SLA's.
Profile
Demonstrable experience in leading a Property, Estates or Facilities function
Relevant qualifications and accreditation to the function (RICS, IWFM etc.)
A proven track record in large portfolio of retail assets.
