Director - Project Management - Developer - West Midlands

A busy and growing industrial-led developer is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them and head up their in-house projects in the Midlands as Construction Director.

Joining the other established Development Directors, you'll be leading the successful procurement and delivery of large scale complex construction projects, including both building and infrastructure works, with full responsibility for all technical matters, from inception to completion. You will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of various levels of construction projects.

You should have experience in project management of large schemes, be able to demonstrate having worked with design and build contracts and procurement, and be able to manage others.
