Job Details
A well-established, independent project & cost consultancy is looking to grow its team with the addition of a Quantity Surveyor in its London office, to work on a range of projects across Residential, Hotels, High End Retail, Commercial and Industrial & Logistics sectors.
The business has an excellent reputation within these sectors and has been established in the market for over 20 years. They have an experienced team of 40 employees and are looking to grow this in 2021 due to new project wins.
The Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of the London team, delivering a high-quality service to key clients on projects up to £100m in value.
Candidates should have a RICS accredited degree and either recently Chartered or working towards the completion of their APC, with at least 3 years’ experience working for a construction cost consultancy in a similar role.
