About Our Client
They advise and manage a range of client portfolios across Scotland with visibility across a range of sectors; rural, commercial, development, residential, infrastructure services and sustainable energy.
About the Job
The job will include estate management business with responsibility for all relevant management matters to include lease renewals, rent reviews, financial management, and planning and development, working in an agile way across the north of England and the south of Scotland.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor who strives for career progression. We will consider a range of experience, from recently qualified to someone at a more senior level. The candidate will be fun, approachable, a team player with a personable approach to building and maintaining relationships.
