Job Details

A close knit firm of Quantity Surveyors in Kent are seeking a bright and eager Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.

Working alongside the Partners, the successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor shall be coming in at an exciting time with multiple, long term projects secured within the residential and commercial sectors.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for running smaller projects up to £5m from inception to completion whilst also assisting the Partners on the more complex schemes up to £50m.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

  • Degree qualified
  • Working towards MRICS
  • PQS/ consultancy experience
  • experience of undertaking cost plans, taking off quantities
  • Confident and excellent communication skills
