Your new company
You will work for a leading construction consultancy, based in the Midlands. They have experienced significant growth, and are keen to develop their business even more, by adding more headcount.
Your new role
You will work as a Quantity Surveyor/Project Surveyor, working with retail, industrial, commercial and education projects. You will work with cost estimating, tender processes, bids, valuations, and managing cost control from inception to completion for your projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a construction consultancy or client side role, as well as MRICS/MCIOB or working towards your qualification. You will be keen to progress your career within a forward thinking, family run business.
