This is the most impressive role currently on the market. With an already magnificent portfolio, the Estate has both the desire and capacity to grow further. In order to do so, we are currently searching for an ambitious Estate Director.
About the Job
The job presents an exciting opportunity to take a lead role on a large Estate with varied and ongoing new projects. As the Estates Director, you will act as the family and Trustees' representative on the Estate. This includes, but is not limited to, the management of the Holiday Park, agricultural and residential rents, agricultural operations and forestry.
The candidate should have oversight of the Estate's finances, and take responsibility for staffing, maintenance, and delivering the long-term strategies and short-term goals set by the Advisory Board.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have considerable experience with holiday park management or estate management with holiday park experience. The ability to read and analyse financial statements; IT-savvy; excellent verbal and written communication; SM aware/adept, results-driven and diligent; strong ability to prioritise and adapt; keen on process optimisation.
The desirable candidate will be adept at building strong relationships with a drive to take a lead role in the business and key to manage stakeholders at all levels. A strategic thinker with interest and understanding of the management of the environment and its natural capital.
